Hi folks, I've recently switched from MaxMind geotargeting to IP2Location. I'm using the IP2Location Revive plugin (https://www.ip2location.com/developers/revive-adserver) under Revive 3.2.4 with the paid version of IP2Location's DB-15 database (https://www.ip2location.com/databases/db15-ip-country-region-city-latitude-longitude-zipcode-timezone-areacode). In general, the plugin installation and database upload seems to have gone well, but I'm seeing some inconsistency in the behaviour and I'm wondering if others had seen similar behaviour and/or have some tips as to where I can look to debug the issue. I've setup a "website" within Revive which has 3 banners associated to it. Here's a quick run-down of what's working and what's not when I run the invocation code for that "website": With no delivery limitations, the banners appear properly. If I add a "Is any of" delivery limitation on an IP2Location region of a different US state than I'm in, it correctly does not show that banner to me anymore and my client correctly sees it (he's in that state). If I limit the region to be my state, I correctly see it. If I limit one to be my state & city, I correctly see it. If I limit one to be my area code, I correctly see it. But... If I add a delivery limitation of "Is not any of" for a state I am not in (only), that particular banner does not appear for me. (But it should since I'm not there...?) Also, if I add a "Is any of" delivery limitation by Timezone (and choose -4, -5, -6 - one of which should cover me depending on whether standard vs. daylight savings time is considered), it doesn't appear. Any help/ideas would be appreciated! Thanks, Reid

Hi folks, Sorry to re-open a resolved thread, but I'm having the same difficulty. I've downloaded the latest GeoLiteCity.dat file from here: http://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/legacy/geolite/?rId=revive, I've uploaded it to the same location as the "GeoIP.dat" file ([document root]/plugins/geoTargeting/oxMaxMindGeoIP/data/) and referenced it in the "Path to geoipCityLocation file" section of the plugin settings with the full path, and I've made sure that the permissions are the same on both files (owned by the webserver user) but I'm still not seeing a "Geo - City" option in my delivery options. I've even tried renaming the file to GeoIPCity.dat as suggested here (http://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/legacy/install/city/). It *seems* that Revive is seeing the new file because the "Geo - Lat/Long" option appears when I have that file specified in the settings whereas I don't get the option when it's not there. Any thoughts as to what I might check next? Thanks! Reid
